We are no longer heading to Casablanca, Morocco as part of our Semester
at Sea trip. It has been decided that Morocco is not a safe enough port
for us to travel to at this time. There have been anti-American riots
occurring all over the Northern part of Africa and the Middle East
claiming the west to be satanic and talks of death to Obama.
With these new occurrences, the Institute of Shipboard Education has
changed our itineraries. We will be spending an additional 2 days in
Spain and then heading to Santa Cruz in the Canary Islands for 2 days
before we make our way to Ghana.
